Does anyone want to share some advice for a huge relationship crisis?

How WELL I know how it feels to be cheated on after living with one for 12 yrs., to find thru counseling he was a "womanizer" told to get help for it. Was waiting for him to get sober as I've been for 20+ yrs., but no good there either, therefore he's my ex! He made one mistake, unfortunately there's a child now involved from it. Only YOU know if you feel he's remorseful, feel he will NOT do it again, well learned his lesson! Naturally you'll never forget it, how well I do know the feeling! However with mine, it was never ending. You at least DO have a chance of having things turn out well. In time you will completely forgive him IF you truly do want that along with him & your own family. I feel with infidelity, IF you truly CAN forgive him & MEAN it, there will be a time you can put it in the past & LEAVE it there! I feel it does take complete forgiveness tho as I take it as a kind of "cleansing" of your heart twds. him. If or when you feel you honestly CAN do this, you will then be able to go forward with your lives & have a happy future, a happy marriage. If I was unable to trust another man, I would not now have been in a relationship with the same person for over 20 yrs.! I have NEVER had one doubt about his faithfulness to me, even after ALL I'd been thru in the past! Only you know if you can completely forgive him. If or when you do, you CAN then be FREE of it & have one happy life with him & a family....I DO wish you the best...:)
