My fiancee is not that caring, does it mean he is not in love with me?

I dont mean that he doesn't call ver often. he calls me like 8 times a day and sometimes less and sometimes more. when i say that he is not caring i mean when i am sad from something that happened with me i dont feeln that he is beside me , listening to me. I tell him that often and I tell him that i want to break our relationship but he doesn't accept claiming that he loves me. he never cares if he should give me a drive or not, in a nutshell he sometimes act selfishly as if i am the only one who should care for his problems and if he is sick or not. he doesn't have to do it back. I feel that he doesnt love me but he doesn't know becz if he truly loved me then he wouldnt forget to care about me. he wont admit that though, it is too confusing
